Bassoon and recorder
Stefanie is already teaching for 30 years bassoon and recorder with great pleasure to both children and adults, both individually and in groups.
She also coaches chamber music ensembles and groups of different levels and ages.
She feels at home in different musical styles and is always open to give room to the interests, needs and questions of her pupils.

Breathing is Life energy
Stefanie has developed this course for everybody who wants to discover the power of the breath and who wants to learn to feel the breath and how to guide it. So that we can awaken and use healing energy in our body. With simple movements from aikido and other martial arts we arrive in our body and in the practice room and we connect with each other.
We work on our posture and use breathing techniques from yoga and aikido. Through the singing of vowels we make the breath audible and we feel the healing power of vibrations in our body and mind.
This course started in October 2022 in the Wilde Westen in Utrecht. Participation is possible.
